On site inspection and Certification

Our team of Qualified Engineers will inspect double deckers and stands exceeding 4mtrs height. A report will be issued stating if further work should be carried out or certification will be issued to the Organiser stating the stand is 'Fit for Use'.

Space Only Approvals

Stand designs for all Space Only sites will be chased in a responsible manner, exhibitors, designers or contractors will be contracted initially by an insertion in the Exhibitor Manual then by faxshots, then if required by phone.

They will then be inspected by compliance to the Organisers, Venue and Local Authority Rules and Regulations and that the stand details indicated on the exhibitors design are consistent with the floorplan and exhibitor's list.

All technical information such as halls columns, service ducts and overhead restrictions are checked.

Any observations made during the inspection of designs are notified in writing to the Designer / Contractor. Copies made available for the Organiser on site.
